Kevin Cassidy

President - Owner

Kevin is Chandler’s new President and Owner after taking over for Jeff Capple when he retired in 2019. Kevin joined the company in 2003 as a machinist. Like Jeff, Kevin has grown into the position to take on the company’s future growth plans.

Ryan Haight

Plant Manager

Ryan has been a skilled machinist for 28 years. He joined Chandler Machine in 2006. Ryan is a wire EDM specialist who oversees production of all jobs on the shop floor.

Michelle Cassidy

Vice President - Office Manager

Michelle joined Chandler Machine in 2023 after the previous office manager retired. With her experience in finance in customer service she has been a natural fit in assisting Chandler Machine’s advancement into the next generation.
